Customers have up to 3 business days from the delivery date to request a refund. All items being exchanged or returned for a refund MUST have proof of purchase (receipt). When returning items you have 7 days from EXCHANGE/REFUND request to return ship your items, Customers MUST pay the return shipping cost. To return an item for an exchange, it is your responsibility to email us with the subject "EXCHANGE ITEM" to request an exchange: Reason for exchange. Provide Proof of Purchase (Receipt) Upon receiving a reply email, a confirmation number will be provided for you. (Keep confirmation number in a safe place in case you would like to check on the status of your order.) You have (7) business days from the date of the request to return your items. TRACK YOUR ORDER: After your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In that email, it will provide your shipping/tracking number and the courier used. It takes 24 to 48 hours for your item to ship after payment; If the payment is made after 3 PM. After, the item is shipped you will receive another email stating that it's been shipped. How can I contact your couriers? That information is left in the confirmation email. ( Please use the shipping/tracking number to track it your order.) Do you do local pick-ups or delivery?
