After your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In that email, it will provide your shipping/tracking number and the courier used. It takes 24 to 48 hours for your item to ship after payment; If the payment is made after 3 PM. After, the item is shipped you will receive another email stating that it's been shipped.

Do you do local pick-ups or delivery?

Local pick-ups and deliveries are a special option only provided to our LOYALTY PROGRAM members ONLY.

Customers have up to 3 business days from the delivery date to request a refund.

All items being exchanged or returned for a refund MUST have proof of purchase (receipt).

When returning items, you have 7 days from EXCHANGE/REFUND request to return ship your items, Customers MUST pay the return shipping cost.

To return an item for an exchange, it is your responsibility to email us with the subject "EXCHANGE ITEM" to request an exchange: Reason for exchange.
