Customers have up to 3 business days from the delivery date to request a refund.
All items being exchanged or returned for a refund MUST have proof of purchase (receipt).
When returning items, you have 7 days from EXCHANGE/REFUND request to return ship your items, Customers MUST pay the return shipping cost.
To return an item for an exchange, it is your responsibility to email us with the subject "EXCHANGE ITEM" to request an exchange: Reason for exchange.
Provide Proof of Purchase (Receipt)
